I went to their website on Dec. 07, 2012
Ordered some Nike Shox shoes.
On December 26 I still had not received the shoes.
I called them and they said they were behind in shipping. I asked to cancel my order and credit my Visa. They wiped the transaction off their site but never credited my Visa. Today is
January 15, 2013 and they still have not credited my Visa the charge.

I purchased a pair of shoes from DISCOUNT SHOES OUTLET US on February 15th. Still today when I view your website to find a tracking number or anything, my status says "processing", for two weeks?? I have made several attempts to contact someone using the "contact us" on the bottom of the webpage, but of course no one will contact me back. The number I call says "colsed for internal maintenance". Something just isnt right if you have a disastified customer and no one wants to help. I want my shoes in all fairness seeing I paid for them for that price. I am a hard working mom trying to find deals and do not like to be taken advantage of. If i dont receive my shoes in a timely fashion seeing as two weeks have already been wasted, I have no problem contacting the better business bureau. PLEASE HELP ME. I WOULD LIKE MY SHOES OR MONEY BACK.
