Two withdrawals were made on my credit card for tech support. The technicians were not able to repair my computer, so I asked for a refund. their records show that I was refunded, but it was never sent to my account. I have made multiple calls for over a month and still get the "Run-a-round" this may be a scam company. would you please lok into it.
