Shilei Zheng is the person who takes payment in this elaborate scam. They show up like a website that does wholesale pricing for electronics and offer really great deals. Was going to try it and buy an Xbox 360 for $82, thinking at worst, I would lose $82. They don't tell you that's the "Special Member" price. And they don't include shipping. So it went from $82 to $132. Then they tell me they can't pick up the money so they can't send the item. BS - I send verification, pictures, everything. Then they said they got the money and sent it but customs was charging them an additional $100 for no apparent reason. BS also.
It was too good to be true, so it wasn't true. Don't trust www.holyoffer.com - they advertise on craigslist and they are very convincing!
