I had an offer by email for a memory stick for 10 pence. I filled in the details. I received nothing, no emails, nothing in the post, forgot about it. Then pointpay took £45 from my account. I rang to complain and was told that they would not refund it and I had plenty of chance to cancel. Mind you, as they had not given me any info (electronic or otherwise) on how to cancel or where to cancel it is not surprising that I didnt.
I have reported them with the fraud department at Barclays and also a police report. Please, people, report this to the police, if enough of us complain then they can do something about it.
