International boundaries
Setup account for wireless internet with at&t. They ask for one payment for tech support to make sure I setup the equipment right. They sent the wrong equipment which I cancelled service and returned device. Why would att&t allowed this company to keep scamming people with overcharges. They don't answer the phone and refuse to give any refund.
