I bid for a $50 shell gas card and won. I was told to pay a total $7.95 which I did. Then I was told to send photo copies of my card and drivers license. I got suspicious and checked my credit card account. That was when I realized that my card had been charged an additional amount of $90.99 for what they called membership fees.
