I ordered ink jets, money was taken from my account right away, no ink jets, no return phone calls, no return emails. I tried calling several times and the voice mail said to email, then I email and don't get any responses. The website should not be allowed to take people's transactions, the people get ripped off and the company adds the money to their coffers, they take the money and run
