This company operates out of Cedar City Utah. They carry on business in Canada as Planet Loan Inc and Cash X inc as well as a variety of other names.
I obtained a $150 loan from this company just after christmas. They have been withdrawing money from my account on days that I do not get paid and in amounts that do not match their contract.
I have contacted customer service there and been met with total evasiveness and rude employees.

I took out a loan and couldn't pay, -- I tried to talk to them but they harass me nonstop with weird calls, private numbers, unknown numbers, not saying anything etc. then they took 500 out of a "NEW" bank account that I never authorized and never gave them the new account no. they are crooks, loan sharks and assholes. any advice on how to sue them would be appreciated. ive had enough.
