Dear Sir/ Madam; I was charged $71.20 twice on my December statement from Mastercard. I do not recall buying anything from you, I certainly did not receive anything. I do not know what you sell. If it is about fitness, I am not interested, I am 84 years old and at this age I do not need fitness. Also I buried my dear husband of 63 years just before Christmas. With all the Funeral expenses I cannot afford to buy anything. He did not have much insurance. And, to add to my troubles, I have been sick with the flu ever since. I hope to hear from you soon and clear this situation up.
