I found out about Equinox face product on Facebook! 14 day free trial offer! Never received any info just a sample in the mail. Then today I get a bottle of Equinox in the mail with no paperwork or anything in the box! There is not even a phone number to call! So I call them by going to Google to get the number. The person that answered told me I should have read the detail more carefully when I signed up. I told her there was nothing mentioned about this product coming every month nor did I receive any type of verification from them that this was going to happen. She pretty much told me too bad and that there is a $20 restock fee so when I do get my refund it will be $20 less.
