I sent money through moneygram to order a few things online. I read reviews and it seemed trusted. However I receieved products and they were as described but they were ripped and damaged. I contacted the website and they said they can ship me new products but I have to PAY for them and they will give me a $10 discount? They requested pictures of the items and I did send them but they did nothing about it. How is that fair? Than I notice the website shut down due to selling replica items! They told me the items were authentic! I want my money back!
