On January 3rd, arrived in Los Angeles Gateway - USA, and it was being held by US Custom and planned to be returned to the shipper. Never known the reason, DHL as-well.

I contacted the seller, surprisingly, all of the contact information cannot be reached, email bounce back, phone and cellphone didn't work. Then I contacted the shipper: SHENG DA ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY - Ms. Jessica, but she denied ever shipped those products. But how come their company was cited as the shipper on DHL waybill?

I contacted a Hong Kong Lawyer, and told him about this issue, and he will get back to me as he finished with thousands of complaints, mostly from US and Canada.

I contacted DHL Hong Kong to trace the return shipment, and got the tracking number: 7741675233 (January 10, 2013). And it was delivered and received/signed by: LIU BIN.

So, I'm now waiting for the lawyer I contacted, even its a sample products with small amount qty & money of transaction, but the way I'm doing business with them is terrible. Never use Western Union o private bank account. Use PayPal where you can ask for refund if the merchandise is fake or never reaches you. Or use Escrow.com, even a small fees involved, but it protects you as a buyer.
