Our company had internet and Web hosting with Bell Canada over 13 Years, I did not want the bell business phone since their price is rocket hight, so, I told them to charge my bell hosting, $15.oo/month, on my internet billing. For 10 years they did, their charge was over $80/Month totally, until this Dec. I did not have my website and when I called them, they said I am not paying my hosting, what ever I said, they did not agree, knowing that I did not have any change unless pay them another $15/month over $82.50!! I told them that business internet only cost around $55.00/month, but after 13 years they cut me off and I told them I do not need your internet either. I called them for conformation on Dec. 23 and they said they will charge me cancellation charge which when I started with them they said after a year, we can get out any time. Again they sent me bill and when I called them, they said since I did not agree with cancellation fee, they did not cancel it and now they will cancel it from today and I have to pay another month top of all to have it cancelled. I did not use their system since Dec. 23 and they sent me the return sticker for the modon!! but not cancell it!!!
What Bell did brought my business to the age of bankrupsy and I won't forgive them for that.
