Misrepresented themselves as Apple. Their "tech people" or whatever they call them knew absolutely nothing. I knew more than them. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and half of the time I was on hold because the guy didn't know the basic Apple menu. He kept having to put me on hold. There is noise and screaming in the background as well. Total ripoff/scam. Highly recommend not using this company.
