The salesperson/Part owner sold me a 2002 Dodge Dakota that had a cracked engine block from leaving water in the engine that froze sometime in their presence. The vehicle was shipped to me here in Pueblo Co. I had asked them every question about this truck especially about any antifreeze leakage or oil leaks and etc. over two weeks before I purchased the truck. I had their word on their (so called) of being founded of their business of honesty, integrity and respect(what a joke). I contacted them as soon as it was delivered that day and they said it was not their fault. Somehow it got cracked on the shipping companies truck in between a four day shipment with antifreeze in the cooling system from Florida. What a story telling lyre. They were knowing of the problem and they sold me that truck on good faith since I was two thousand miles away. No matter how many calls to them at Autofix Plus no results, they misrepresented, and fraudulently sold me the truck. I took dated pictures of the cracked block that day of leaking on the ground and engine cracks. I also paid one ASE certified mechanic from an auto dealership to exam the truck. He and a few other mechanics said the same thing that the engine block had to have been cracked at the car lot. There is no other way to have the cracked block. The engine had to have had water in the cooling system there and froze then cracked the block, then they added the antifreeze after finding the problem. They just found a sucker, which is the first time I have been scammed.
I am a senior citizen and a paraplegic. It will take about $3,000.00 to replace the engine. I would really appreciate some help with making them stand good for their corrupted dealings. Thank you
