I had cancelled my subscription with this network on 11/17/2012 and ported all the five lines in my account to sprint on the same day. I had contacted their office many times to reconfirm the cancellation and I was assured that I had no further obligations and that everything is taken care except for the one final bill and we all both agreed. But this company keep on sending me bills, one is $ 111.26 and the other one is $ 170.00 and their arguments is that two of my five lines were not cancelled. Those two lines were ported to sprint on 11/17/2012 and working with all the data with the iphone. if it is not cancelled at least they can show me a proof of any activity with t-mobile but there was not any... I keep on calling t-mobile to resolve this case but it seems that the call center in-charge of this company has no slight idea about their work. they always want to screw up other people. They keep on transferring me to one another and in the end they hang up the phone. Please help me out, I don't want my credit to be ruined because their negligence. Thanks a lot.
