I have been cheated royal by this company which sold me a computer which malfunctions and then the company tries to make it seem like it is my responsibility to fix the problem by "...learning how to trouble-shoot..." I have contacted their customer service department about this on several occasions and they told me I could mail in the computer and they would replace it. This is not feasible because I am a professional author/musician/teacher. My complaint to the BBB about this company resulted in arguments and their defending themselves rather than their providing any kind of service. SEVERAL people at Hewlett Packard have been obstinant and of little if any help in this matter AND MY COMPUTER STILL CONTINUES TO MALFUNCTION IN THE SAME WAY IT DID RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT IT--TOTAL COST TO ME--OVER $1,150.00 INCLUDING NO REFUNDS--SINCE 12/2011 WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE!
