Since I moved here,I don't have much of use of phone, Tv, nor computer, however, to be in contact with people, doctors, disability,,,I got connected and went to Bell Office in Kitchener,On, They promesed me that plan will be $53 internet and home phone,Nothing signed, and someone should come 3 days later, Just when I gave up on expecting them, the tech,showed up.. finding any excuse not to connect, and postpone appointment, I told office that I am still struggling with setting my place up, she said no problem, however this tech.,had a huge problem,, so to shut him up, i came in and moved all the boxes so he can fly around the box. I moved away and crowl down to calm down my pain. I join him with connecting wires,He left, he said everything is fine,For month every time someone calls or I. the line was shiiiishhing, uncleard, often they couldn't hear me nor I them. First I thought it is phone,, so I bought one,same thing,,returned it got other one,, same thing,, so I went to visit office,,they sent someone else two days later. He fixed it, start getting advertizments and push ups to upgrade, I don't know how many times I said no, they were stil doing it, My sister finally after 4 years got in touch and left the message to call. I did, but because of my cramping and not able to hold the phone for a long time,we stoped. when I got the bill, it was woow. $250, day after collecting agency started calling me, when I will pay,, how, can I pay right the way. Someone called from Montreal office, to ask about service so I told him about it,, but I told him there is no way i talked that long, even this tiping i need to rest.but I can't prove it, He suggested me to get cell. and disconect home phone to be less expensive, and when I call Europe to get the card because i rarely call. He will send the cell before 15the Dec. and when i get it, to call them and cancell home phone, December came, didn't think of it until friend of mine came to ask me what is wrong again with the phone,? when I checked on 22nd, it was councelled who knows how long, I went back to the office, they told me to contact bell on line, so I did. from one reprsentative, to 1/2 hour later, other, brushing off, third, I start getting headaches and throwing up here,I had to stop,Day after cell phone arrived, with invoce date 17 December. At that time my phone was discconected,and no cell yet.but bell is charging me.I told them that I don't know much about not at all about new cells. he said it is simple.that afternoon I went back to office to show me and start me up. Came home, no calls, only Bell collection agancy several time a day and night. I went back missing phone calls, I was at job search few times, but no return, they said they called me tried to conntact me,, went back,, some Airplane mode. they took that off, but still my hands and that phone, no matter what i do doesn't work. back to office, they told me only if i find old cell they will switch to that, went on kjiji,find the phone went back to office, Woman there accused me of stealing that cell. crying all the way home, feeling hopeless, with that new cell. I calm down and tried to learn..two days later the gentlemen called and i told him about accusation, He offered to come with me to office, It is his since day one, I was angry by now and wanted to councel there, NOP,, you signed the contract $400?? What is going on,, I didnt sign anything, what contract?? nop she didn't want to hear it.The tourchered that man 1hour on the head office, asking so many "safety" questions, finally he got cleaned, but I still stuck with this, please help take it away,, I don't want it
