During transition from Lawton Cablevision to Fidelity Communications, I contacted numerous times to discontinue services. I had to leave messages that were not returned. However, the company continued to bill the account although I did not live there. My move out date was 2/15/2009. I left a detailed message to discontinue services. They show that they returned my call and left a VM to call back. I was not able to speak with a live rep. and stated again to disconnect services. Services were not discontinued until May 27, 2009. I had a forwarding address as well as access to any mail received as I was still in contact with the home owner. Additionally, no one lived at the residence for 11 months as it was under remodeling. I am including an affidavit from the landlord at that time as well.
