This dates back to an original call to the company for computer software assistance 8/12.
Part of their scam is a monthly ongoing charge of 19.91 which they pass lightly over and do not give a chance for a negative answer. It took two different sessions with the credit card company to get this charge reversed. This company uses and abuses the internet and credit card billing to extract money from unsuspecting people. They should be investigated for commiting fraud on the public
