On 12-7-12 I invested $100.00 in their 90 day plan. On 12-17, I invested $1200.00 in their 30
day plan.12-21 I asked for a withdraw I received an email saying it had been processed,but there was no money in my PP. This continued 4 more times. I kept writing them asking where my money was.They did not reply.I contacted the PP to see if it went to the wrong account.Then i received an email from Jason Hughes telling me I had to deposit another $1000.00, then they would pay me and
all my withdraw requests would be instant! In their FAQ they have a money back guarantee,and they are suppose to return your initial deposit!

I've got several emails from them trying to convince me how genuine and honest they are. And how high they rank in Alexia! And all I have to do is give them another $1000.00 and they'll pay me!! Yeah right!!They have in my

- I am sorry that you are dealing with this guy! Jason Hughes has run several scams previously, including Key Battery, which was shut down after a couple of years of operation. Before that, he was involved in fraudulently selling Ping golf clubs that were Chinese knock-offs. This guy us very aggressive in trying to intimidate you. A word of advice; contact the BBB; if the complaint is not resolved, take legal action. Or kiss your money goodbye. Now the legal action will cost you as much as you are likely to recover from our friend Jason, but consider it a zero-sum outcome (you're already out the money, and he is betting on you giving up so he can continue to screw others), and you will feel a whole lot better to have defeated him in court. My experience is that he won't show up, and a default judgement will be entered against him. That was my experience when I had ben defrauded by him at Key Battery.
