I called to cancel a plan that was sold to me over the phone exactly one month ago.
I did try to use the plan one time, the help I was given did not resolve my problem at all. The person who sold me the plan presented it to me as the only option available. So I have paid 200.00 for a worthless plan. If I cancel it they will keep both payments I have made for one month of service which was totally not helpful. Plus they have now charged me an additional $35.00. I guess because they can. This is a scam and I will make sure I complain to anyone who will listen including Apple. Hopefully they won't endorse this company. The total amount of money I have had withdrawn from my account so far is $235.00 for nothing.
