I got my cell phone bill two months in the row and I was charged for Bid and Wind subscription, that I never agreed or knew about. I called the number on the bill and I was told that my number would be blocked for future charges and in order to stop any charges, you would have to text "stop" and nobody is protected from receiving these scams. But I was promised to get a refund. Month later, I got a call and was told that they cant issued the refund and I have to call another number. I called and operator told me with learnt-by-heart sentences, that refund could not be issued but my number would be blocked. I asked to talk to supervisor, was put on hold, then told that he is busy. I asked second time and they hung up on me. Scam!
