I co-signed on a 2001 Lincoln Ls from Excell Motors in Nettleton, MS which required buying the extended warranty from Wynn warranties. We had the car for four days and it stopped running. Took it to the shop but was informed that warranty company wouldn't pay for repairs (needed new motor because it was put in wrong by Excell Motors) and Excell refused to give back the car we traded in and our cash downpayment or fix the car either. So now I have an $8000 repossession on my credit because of this. These companies are SCAMS!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OG THESE COMPANIES!!!!

- unfortunately two people got hurt here. because of the dealer, not only did this customer get wronged, so did the finance company. they paid out thousands for a car they thought was ok. now that money is lost. the customer now will have serious problems getting financed again for years and years. or almost as bad they file bankruptcy, to clear their reports. either way, i can understand the frustration from being in that position. all for a few hundred dollar profit.
