I saw Rachel Ray's endorsement. Order "free" product, was charged 85.55 and then sent another shipment for 85.55. I had no idea I was going to be charged for the first order OR sent anotherone. When I called to cancel order and return product they said I could not return the free sample but gave me a rma # to return second shipment for credit. I feel totally duped! I also purchased the "free" offer of total clenase 360 at the same time and the same thing happened!!

- Complain to your credit card company. They fraudulently obtained your credit card number and used it for unauthorized purchases. Putting a note in a package does not give them the right to alter a contract without the consent of both parties. The Rachel Ray endorsement was also fraudulent. She never used their product.

- Wow...thanks! I did file a dispute on my credit card. I also sent email to Rachel Ray's people...no response from them.
