My name is Joelynn Stevens, I got a email from knock out white teeth gel sent me an offer for free trial of the teeth whitening gel and i pay for shipping of $1.09,...I did not sign up for a membership nor did i authorize a second charge on my credit card 2 months later after the trial.. the second charge was for $19.41, on 1/25/13..i tried to call the customer service to get my money back and they said that the computer system was down and to call back.. I tried calling again and got the same bullcrap , try back again..while i was waiting to speak with a customer service rep, there was a lady speaking about how to keep the trial offer and not send it back and only get charged $9.00..no thank you.. who the heck offers a free trial offer and then says in order to get your unauthorized charges back you have to send back the FREE sample..I am very angry by this munipulation, what happened to good business practices, it seems more and more business are following these corrupt ways..
