This company has taken $30.00 out of my account on 2 occasions. The 1st one took place on 12/20/2012 and the 2nd one on 01/28/2013.
I did not give this company permission to gain access to my account, even though they said i did. They said the $30.00 was a processing fee for a payday loan application i filled out.
I never filled out an application with this company, nor did i receive any money into my account in the form of a loan from this company. I have sent 3 emails to this company, and have not gotten a response back from them. I have tried calling them, but the call will not go through. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, and they are not getting a response from them either, and i submitted my complaint to them on the 26th of December.
I want my $60 back, and whatever application i supposedly filled out, cancelled, so that they stop taking money out of my account.
