I received their Express Notice today, this is about the 5th time I have received these kinds of notices, I send it back in their envelop with a not saying I am so thrilled I have won this money, but I can not send $20.00 or I won't be able to eat for a week or more, so please take the money out of the @2,536,092,23 and keep a couple of thousand for your self for doing this.
