I have received a W-2 and EARNINGS SUMMARY in the mail from this company and have never HEARD of them, much less worked for them or anyone. I am concerned as to how they got my Social Security Number and how it is they can report this as an EARNINGS to the IRS. I have never been to PA in my life.

  • I have recieved the same W-2. Apparently if you were part of the Wal-mart settlement from the lawsuit against un-paid employees then the amount that was due to you in the settlement is taxed. Depending on your which part of the multi-lawsuit will depend on where you get your W-2 from.

    I hope this helps.
