My mom tried to purchase the buy one get one pillow offer. It went to the automated system, which set her up for 2 "specials." She kept saying no, but they kept going. Called the company, Sarah, said we would be credited for all charges, that never happened! Still fighting with them 3 months later!! Think this is a rip off company that takes advantage of elderly people, please don't give them your business!!
