Called offering last minute deals for an event for Officers/Military, that need timeshare rentals for October. They don't give you enough time to think about it, stating they have to have an answer now they will not be able to call back since they are getting many calls for people wanting to rent their property for this event. They promised $1200 to $1600 for each booking. I paid $800 for 5 rentals, they originally wanted double that for 10 rentals.

It is now the end of January and I have not had not one single booking. Today, after not hearing anything in months i decided to give them a call. I told them the entire story and let them know i felt like i had been duped and I asked for a refund. He stated I could not have a refund due to a clause in the contract. What clause is this? I assuming it is something buried deep into their dishonest paper work. I told him I was going to sue for fraud. He spoke with me for about 45 minutes trying to convince me that they are a legitimate company. To get off the phone I agreed to give it a few more months. That was a load off (Inappropriate Content Removed), I am going to sue their (Inappropriate Content Removed).

I am going to go through every website of the FTC,STATE BANKING OFFICE, ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and any other office to get them closed down and make them have to pay back all the customers they swindled money from. I am down for a class action suit if others want too.
