Verizon had called me and texted several times regarding my bill...then I got a call from IVRDEBIT...paid my bill...then more calls from Verizon...same bill...called Verizon..no help had to send my statement to them..customer service was awful....cancelled my debit card..Verizon knows this is going on...Why not alert us....
