Sometime in January I believe, an item came up on Bargain Room. It was a $100 gift card to Ikea. It was not listed as a raffle item. I did not know what IKEA was. I clicked on it anyway and it went into my cart. I backed spaced very quickly to the screen that had the item to see if I could learn anything about what the item was. Nothing. Within 4 seconds, I was back to my cart that still showed the item. I then proceeded to cash out. I pressed my cart and the 1 item turned into a 0. The item was removed from my cart. I wrote to Bargain Room very recently and explained what had ocurred. Bargain Room wrote to me via email and said it was definately the fault of their system. They tripped over their words stating they no longer sold IKEA gift cards. Further, they are always raffles - when they did sell them. Disgusted with the lack of customer service and problem resolution, I sent an email back. (Not as pleasant as the first email.) I did let them know I planned to file a suit "with all the others" and would plaster my experience on FB. Can you help?
