Do not deal with Frank Martin, Service Manager, at National Bankcard Monitor. Don't deal with anyone at this company. They promised many things, delivered nothing of any use to me and I have tried to get a refund but Frank Martin continues to stall and give vague excuses for not sending me the money.
Paid $1,000 on Oct 11/12. First asked for refund on Oct 15/12. Sent the following request.
So I respectfully request that you issue me a full refund of $1,000 USD paid on Oct 11/12 on my TD Visa Card ending in ...3585.
