I received a 2012 W-2 Earnings Summary in the amount of $14.74. I don't recall ever receiving that amount in a check form. If this is some sort of a SCAM situation I think our fine Government should be involved. We the people of the United States have put up with enough BS already, in our life time. We are over taxed enough and don't need to get W-2 forms in the mail such as this. Maybe we should get in touch with our local Law inforcement agencies and have them put this type of a Scam in our local newspapers. Maybe that would get some sort of resolve accomplished!!!!. I do hope something is done about this and we are all notified in the very near future of the outcome.

Update: 02/04/2013

If you worked for Wal-mart between the years of 1996 thru 2009 there were checks distributed. My check was for $21.10. That is why a lot of us received a W-2 for $14.74. The number to call is 1(866)274-4004.
