I logged in to my online bank account and saw that the above company took £49.99 from my bank account.
I do not even know who they are and what services they offer as I have never been on their website. I assume that some pay day site has given them my bank details without my authorization when I was looking for a loan. My bank told me that they are someone who apparently was looking for a loan for me but this is ridicules. I don't even know where they are come from, who they are? I have never seen their website before in my life. I have emailed them and was sent a reply to which one I did not agree but could not reply to the person who sent it as the email bounced back. I also post them a letter but they are ignoring me. This is some kind of fraud.
