My husband's computer was locked on Wednesday January 30,2013.It said we had 48 hours to pay the $200.00 fine or he would go to jail. It said that he had been violating Copyright and Related Rights law and illegally using or distributing copyrighted content. This is completely untrue. We paid the $200.00 because it scared both of us (we are both senior citizens) and looked like it was really from the government, now I see it must have been a scam but I don't know how to get the computer unlocked.
