I signed up for 7 day trial of subscription on 01/17/2013. I attempted to cancel through website on 01/23/2013 but website refused to allow cancel of subscription. After $27 dollar charge appeared on bank statement I wrote e-mail to request refund. Business address is not available to report fraud to police.
