was told i could reduce my debt by paying 799.00 (yes i feel really stupid) which was credited to my credit card. when i recieved my analysis i saw that i was actually doing better at paying my debt down than what they had worked up for me. when i called back i just got some fast talking double talk and now the phone numbe doesnt even work and the paper work i recieved from them contains no address.
