My bank, Wells Fargo offered a free Credit Reort In Octobert 2012 via email. I thought I signed up for it, but Experian took my order by some technique in their system and sent me a credit report. Then on December 3, 2012 Experian billed my credit card $19.99, and again on December 31 Experian billed my credit card $ 19.99, saying this was a "recur credit card payment". I had to cancel and replace my credit card with Wells Fargo to stop these unauthorized payments to them. I want to repaid the December 31 payment of $19.99.
