I recently purchased RegCleanPro from SystemTweak.com as their advertising indicated they were a Microsoft Partner and were endorsed by several computer magazines, etc. When I downloaded the software my desktop had a total of 5 icons for 4 other other system maintenance, optimization, programs etc. When I called their customer support I was connected to a person in India. After the person running a diagnostic on my computer, I was told I needed to buy a 5 year service plan that would clear my computer of 56,000+ corrupted or damaged files that it would only cost $350. When I asked about the other programs icons installed on my computer, I was given some song and dance about they only did a little to help or specific parts of my computer, but what I really needed was a program "this Tech guy" would run to rid my computer of the corrupted files. It made no sense to me and sounded like some sort of rip off initiated by SystemTweak.com via their customer support phone number.
