Renewal by Andersen installed the wrong windows.
The windows that were to be installed in the bedroom were to be wood windows with green trim on the inside & green trim on the outside per Jerry Andersen- who is the Santa Fe manager. I received 2 bedroom windows with white on the window track, green on the screen molding & wood on the exterior. Renewal by Andersen sent out a technician to correct the issue who reported to Robert Cordova the service mgr. He said he would get back to me within days. Never happened. I have left repeated messages for him & Jerry Andersen. I now have three colors on my windows. They look like an ugly rainbow
