On Dec 9, 2012, I ordered complete Bonanza DVD collection, $129.00 with my Debit Card, on Jan 1/ 2013 got a e-mail stating that my order was shipped, order:#12039 and said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, well that time came and nothing since then, it's been nothing but one excuse after another and now they won't even answer my e-mail's, how can a company do that to someone and now I don't know where to turn next, I hope there is someone out there that would like to sue this company not just for me, but for everyone that has been taken by this company.
Thank You

  • Dvd Tiger is a scam company, they scamed me for $129.00 for a DVD Complete set of Bonanza and never got it and I sent lots of e-mails and all I got was one excuse after another and now they won't even answer my e-mails, After checking there has been ton's of complaints againts this company, stay way from them and anytime a company after you paid them, can not provide a tracking # or a phone # you have been taken.
    Thank You

  • I ordered a complete set of Northern Exposure at a cost of $79 and I used my debit card, too. I placed the order about 2 weeks before Christmas 2012. Received an email stating ordered shipped on 12/16/12. I contacted DVD Tiger support about a month later and received a fairly valid excuse about delayed shipping. I emailed them again on 2/20/13 to cancel the order but my email was not accepted. I should have known at that price it was too good to be true. Lesson Learned I guess.
