Scammed me first of $1,000, then $10,000 and then yet again $10,000. Said he was from Charlotte, North Carolina and self employed in the crude oil business. Had to travel to England to ship 2 ships of crude oil then that he had to insure for $10,000 then that that only covered one shipment and needed another $10,000 for 2nd shipment and that he had invested all of his money in buying the crude oil. Sucked me in with a long yahoo chat, stealing somebody's photos &family info.
