In reviewing my bank records, I noted a deduction for $30.00 on 9/7/2012. I tried to contact the company my email and phone and neither went through. I have no record or idea as to what the deduction was for. I can not recall requesting any kind of service or product from this company. I would like to see the $30.00 credit back to my account, or, a paper check sent to me.
