I recieved a letter stating that on February 8th, 2013, I was confirmed by a data audit for receipt of a check in my name and that is was "Guaranteed Payment". I was instructed to fill out a folio form and send in $20.00 by cash, check, or money order before 2/22/2013. I also had to pay postage. M.P.S. was also not responsible for taxes on $2,997,500.00. It also stated that "I had already won payment for the cash award" and it will be sent within 30 days. I checked the internet and found out it was a scam. If the cash reward was already guaranteed payment why should I have paid any money. The Processing Department address is PMB 108 1 Hewitt Square East Northport, NY 11731-2519. The Address Morgan, Phelps, & Stern PMB337 169 Commack Road Ste H Commack, NY 11725 and it was labaled as a "Disbursement Advisory" And the payment agent was Grant Ashbury.
