On 2/7/2013 I ordered hair extensions from this companies website www.hairextensionsbuy.com. After receiving a bogus confirmation email that was completely unprofessional I attempted to contact the company via email, telephone, and 24 hour chat, all of which went unanswered. I have emailed the company over 7 times asking them to cancel my order and refund my money with absolutely no response. After doing some research I realize that their are numerous complaints of people getting scammed by this company. I am very upset and would like to get my money refunded as I am a college graduate student who works very hard for every penny I make. Please help!!
