I Recieved a call from someone claiming to represent microsoft. They said our computer had a virus that would crash the system within minutes. They offered a lifetime protection plan for about 400.00. I allowed they to access my computer with www.ammy.com and installed the programs. I don't know enough about computers to know if they are protecting the system. Today I got a call from the same people who claimed that the company was closing down and we were due a refund. So once again they got into my computer while telling us we would recieve a refund through Western Union. After several failed attempts I told them that I was going to report this and they quickly got off the phone by saying it was 5 o'clock and their shift was over. Less them 15 minutes later we got a call from our credit card companies fraud people to check on a charge of 358.00 to a group in Minnisota. I know I was scam so what can I do to recover my money or shut this company down.
