Received persistant calls today from a so called David Vancouver who wants to provide me with millions of dollars in winning. Odd part is I don't even gamble or play lottery so how could I be a winning candidate. This guy is not who he says he is. So, don't even bother to entertain his offer lest you be pulled into some awkward criminal scam.
