I ORDER AN INTERNET SERVICE BY PHONE ON JANUARY 11, AND THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE SOLD ME NOT ONLY THE DSL INTERNET CONNECTION BUT ALSO THE LANDLINE PHONE THAT I DID NOT NEEDED. THE CASE IS THAT AFTER ONE WEEK OF PROMISING TO RECEIVE THE EQUIPMENT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT; THEREFORE, I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE INCLUDING THE INTERNET AND THE PHONE LINE. NOW THEY ARE REQUESTING FROM ME TO PAY 28.75 FOR ONE MONTH SERVICE THAT I NEVER GOT AND/OR USED. PLEASE REVEW MY CASE AND DISCARD THE CHARGES BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED AND USED YOUR SERVICE.
